Within
Mathematics this week, students have been learning all about 2D and 3D shapes.
We have been focusing on the properties of each type of shape like faces, edges
and vertices. The students have had fun creating their own 3D cubes using
matchsticks and blu-tac. They were then able to use the 3D representation in
order to determine the amount of faces, edges and vertices that a cube has.
You
have been working so hard during Maths this term Room 16. Keep up the super
